Section 125
Can hold a sit-in or assembly
: (1) In the event of a strike or lock-out, workers may peacefully sit-in or hold a assembly at the main gate of the workplace or establishment for the purpose of demanding the fulfillment of demands.
(2) Except in the case of a strike or lockout, they are allowed to hold a sit-in or hold a meeting only before or after working hours or during breaks without disturbing the work of the workplace or establishment.
(3) Even when the worker has staged a sit-in or held a meeting in accordance with sub-section (1), they shall not be allowed to take action such as preventing anyone from entering or exiting the workplace or the establishment or causing any harm to the workplace.
